Autour de lui, les barques dérivent lentement, projetant leurs ombres profondes sur les fonds clairs, révélant la transparence et la profondeur de l’eau.
JIEL joue ici sur le contraste entre la rigueur géométrique du ponton et la fluidité organique des coulées, créant une tension poétique entre structure et liberté.
L’œuvre évoque la quiétude des ports méditerranéens, là où le temps semble suspendu.
 
A wooden pier extends into the sea, a stable anchor within an ever-moving environment.
Around it, small boats drift slowly, casting deep shadows onto the pale seabed and revealing the transparency and depth of the water.
Here, JIEL plays with the contrast between the geometric rigor of the pier and the organic fluidity of the paint flows, creating a poetic tension between structure and freedom.
The work evokes the quiet calm of Mediterranean harbors, where time seems to stand still.
